What is the significance of your ratings?
Some seem to struggle over awarding half points for no perceivable
reason.  What’s the difference between 7.5 and 8 McGuffins?
When I replay an audiobook for background listening, that book series is
at least a 8 out of 10 stars in my personal opinion.
I won’t recommend a movie / TV show/ author / book series unless it is 9
out of 10 stars.
